Corrections
Evidence first, commercial pressure never.
We want current information and make it easy for readers and listed organizations to flag a factual problem.

We compare the request with the cited record. Straightforward price, link, spelling, and term changes are corrected directly. Regulatory or licensing claims require a primary-source check.
A provider may supply a preferred official URL, current program terms, medical-entity name, pharmacy list, and correction evidence. A request does not guarantee inclusion or removal of a supported caveat.
Regulatory data changes are version controlled. Material methodology or provider-comparison changes are dated. We do not quietly rewrite a cited status to satisfy a commercial request.
We aim to acknowledge well-supported corrections within five business days. Urgent patient-care questions belong with the treating clinician, not this correction process.
Keep health records and private patient details out of the message.
