We help you tell a licensed pharmacy from a gray-market vendor, check what is legal to compound, and understand fair prices. We do not sell, prescribe, or ship peptides, and nothing here is medical or legal advice.
How we make money (and how we do not)
No provider pays for rank or inclusion at launch, and we do not take a cut of a prescription or medication sale. Core status, source, correction, and license-check information remains public. Future paid memberships may add convenience tools such as saved comparisons, expanded alerts, and exports. Any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship will be labeled before the click.
How we vet a pharmacy
We list only state-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies, and we show their public credentials so you can verify each one yourself. We exclude pharmacies with recent FDA enforcement actions. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Credentials change; always confirm current licensure yourself before using any pharmacy.
Our sources
Regulatory claims trace to the FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and accreditation bodies, cited per entry. Where sources disagree, we show the disagreement rather than pick a side.
